Tong Xin Precision Forging Co., Ltd. 8000 tons forging production line officially put into operation
At the end of August, Tongxin Precision Forging Co., Ltd.’s new 8,000-ton forging production line was officially put into operation. The production line consists of two double-disc friction presses (J53-8000B, J53-1600C) and 2T fully hydraulic single-arm free forging electro-hydraulic hammer, fully automatic 850 roll forging machine, operating machine, and 1600KW-IGBT intermediate frequency furnace, closed cooling tower, power supply and distribution system and other facilities and equipment, with a total investment of 9.9586 million RMB.
The production of this production line will increase the company's die forging processing capacity to 200 kg.After reaching full capacity, the annual production capacity of this production line will reach more than 6,000 tons.
