Hubei Yichang Tongxin Precision Forging Co., Ltd. was founded in the 1960s and transformed into a private enterprise in year 2000 with a registered capital of 50 million RMB. The company is located in central China, close to Yichang Shipping Port and Three Gorges International Airport, and the transportation is very convenient.

It is a large professional forging and connecting rod manufacturing enterprise in China, IATF16949 quality system certification enterprise, national high-tech enterprise, And Hubei Auto parts Forging Technology Research Center. The company has been sustained, stable grow, with a history of more than 50 years of research and development and production of various forgings. There are ball neck type forgings, forgings for commercial vehicle, forgings for tractor.

The vision and qualitative inputs of our promoter enabled us to grow from strength to strength, as we now forge for some of the biggest names in the industry.  

Our engineering team utilizes various computer modeling techniques and the latest technological capabilities, as well as extensive physical testing. We offer our partners a dependable link in their supply chain by constantly focusing on quality, short lead times and competitive pricing.  Each forging, no matter how complex, is also backed by our ongoing customer service and expert engineering.

The factory covers an area of 264 acres, the building area is 51,000 square meters, the total assets are 500 million RMB, there are more than 1,000 employees, and more than 300 professional and technical personnel.There are 15 forging production lines with an annual production capacity of 20 million pieces (30,000 tons); 6 internal combustion engine connecting rod processing lines with an annual output capacity of 6 million sets of connecting rod assemblies; 5 auto parts finishing production lines ; 2 conveyor chain rod production lines ; 6 other supporting (cutting, mold, heat treatment, etc.) production lines etc.

There are more than 400 sets of Germany imported fracture splitting equipment, South Korea imported machining centers and CNC machine tools etc.for fine machining.

The mold adopts American UG software for three-dimensional design, programming and production, which fully realizes the integration of CAD/CAM/CAE. The annual production capacity of molds is 7000 sets (100 tons).

Also we have more than 30 sets of inspection equipment like direct reading spectrum analyzer, 3D scanner, material testing machine, three-coordinate measuring machine, image analysis metallographic microscope, fluorescent flaw detector, etc.
