Aircraft forgings
About 85% of the components of an aircraft by weight are forgings. Aircraft engine turbine disc, rear journal (hollow shaft), blade, wing SPAR, fuselage rib plate, wheel support, landing gear inside and outside cylinder body are important forgings related to aircraft safety. Aircraft forgings are mostly made of aluminum alloy, titanium alloy, nickel base alloy and other valuable materials with high strength wear resistance and corrosion resistance. In order to save materials and energy, forgings for aircraft are mostly produced by die forging or multi-direction die forging press. Automotive forging by weight, 71.9% of the forgings are on cars. The general automobile by the body, car box, engine, front axle, rear axle, frame, gearbox, drive shaft, steering system and other 15 parts of the automobile forgings are characterized by complex shape, light weight, poor working conditions, high safety requirements. Such as the crankshaft, camshaft used by the automobile engine, the front beam required by the front axle, the steering knuckles, the half shaft used by the rear axle, the half axle sleeve, the transmission gear in the axle box, and so on, all are the key forgings for the safe operation of the automobile.
The diesel engine
Diesel engine is a kind of power machinery, take large diesel engine as an example, forgings have cylinder head, spindle neck, crankshaft end flange output shaft, connecting rod, piston rod, piston head, crossheave pin shaft, crankshaft drive gear, ring gear, intermediate gear and dye oil pump body and so on more than ten kinds.
Marine forgings
Marine forgings are divided into three categories, main engine forgings, shafting forgings and rudder forgings. Shafting forgings include thrust shaft, intermediate shaft and stern shaft. Rudder system forgings include rudder rod, rudder post, rudder pin, etc.
Weapon forgings
Forgings occupy an extremely important position in the ordnance industry. The barrel, muzzle brake and tail of the gun, rifled barrel and three-ribbed bayonet of the infantry weapon, rocket and submarine deep blast
forgings
Missile launcher and fixed seat, nuclear submarine high pressure cooler stainless steel body, shells, bullets, etc., are forged products. Weapons are made of materials other than steel forgings.
Petroleum chemical industry
Forgings are widely used in petrochemical equipment. For example, the manhole and flange of the spherical storage tank, the tube plate needed by the heat exchanger, the whole forging cylinder body of the welding flange catalytic cracking reactor (pressure vessel), the cylinder section used by the hydrogenation reactor, the top cover, the bottom cover and the sealing head required by the fertilizer equipment are forgings.
